Lang 148TH 2083 Description

This high performance griddle from Lang features powerful 1400 degree infrared Incoloy sheathed elements pressure clamped to the bottom of the 1" thick griddle plate for a thoroughly heated cooking surface without any cold or hot spots. Increase your output of rapidly browned food with sealed in juices with this griddle's two-sided cooking capabilities. Simply close this griddle's intelligently designed 24" Clamshell® hood to automatically activate the ACCU-TEMP thermostat controls. Lift the hood when are finished cooking and the thermostat is automatically turned off for your safety and convenience. Since this griddle's durable steel surface is so highly polished and thoroughly welded, it is easy to clean; also, the 8 qt. capacity grease drawer has a fully removable sleeve for quick cleaning.
