This commercial griddle is electrically powered, is made to work on your counter top and comes with a 36 in. W x 20 in. D x 1 in. thick smooth steel griddle plate. This Lang griddle has Accu-Temp control every 12 inches and comes with a stainless steel exterior and 4 in. adjustable legs. The clamshell hood is mounted on stationary brackets and has an automatic on/standby activation when the hood is lowered and a standby when raised. This griddle has (6) 1000 watt steel sheathed infrared heating elements and comes with a stainless steel hood as well.
