Designed with a 36 in. W x 20 in. D x 1 in. thick smooth steel griddle plate, the Lang commercial griddle with a 24 in. clamshell hood is ideal for handling your cooking needs. The Accu-Temp control is featured every 12 in., and the exterior is made from stainless steel. This clamshell is mounted on a stationary bracket and has on/standby activation when the hood is lowered, and is standby when raised. This entire griddle has (6) 1000 watt sheathed infrared heating elements to help evenly cook your foods quickly and efficiently.
