Lang 136TC Description
The Lang 136TC commercial griddle is built to grill omelets, eggs, and burgers in sufficient quantities to keep up with customer flow in breakfast diners and sports bars. This griddle has a 1-inch-thick chrome griddle plate that takes longer to heat than thinner plates while recovering heat more effectively. A wraparound splash guard protects the sides and rear from leaked food matter to expedite cleaning.
This Lang 136TC heavy duty griddle's plate is heated by a 6,000-watt element every 12 inches, which distributes heat evenly and enables the plate to cook consistent products. These elements are controlled by individual snap-action thermostats, used by chefs for custom cooking zones from 200 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit. A stainless steel exterior and welded steel frame give excellent longevity and resistance to scratching and rust.
