Lang 136T Description
Good at sports bars and breakfast diners, the Lang 136T commercial griddle can grill substantial quantities of pancakes, burgers, and sausages for customers. Its 1-inch-thick steel griddle plate heats slower than a thinner plate and retains its heat longer. The griddle's splash guard wraps around the rear and sides, keeping food residue and grease contained to the plate.
Every 12 inches of the Lang 136T electric griddle plate is heated by a 6,000-watt element, evenly heating the plate to ensure consistent final products. Snap-action thermostats control each plate element and enable custom cooking zones between 200 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit. With its stainless steel exterior and welded steel frame, this unit is strong and long lasting for extended kitchen use.
