The stainless steel fry kettle provides clean and even heating and the twin frying baskets features a manual basket life system for easy retrieval. The front mounted oil drain ball valve makes operation smooth and the kettle and element provide a large cool zone where food particles can collect. The low watt density heating elements provide even heating and extend shortening life. The heating elements hinge up and out of the kettle for easing cleaning. This countertop fryer also features a 28 lb oil capacity to fry up fish, onion rings, fries and more. The power ON-OFF switch, thermostat, power, heat, and over temp indicator lights make operation safe and easy. This countertop 28 lb capacity fryer only requires 7 minutes to preheat and can produce 68 lbs of frozen fries in 1 hour!
