This griddle features a 24 in. clamshell hood, has a 1 in. thick smooth steel griddle plate and has Accu-Temp controls every 12 in. The interior has (6) 1000 watt steel sheathed infrared heating elements and comes with an automatic on/standby activation when the hood is lowered and is on standby when raised.
