This gas-powered commercial cheese melter is 48 in., has a riser-mount and comes with five position chrome plated racks. For added speed, there is a 90 second pre-heat time and to assist in clean up there is a bright annealed removable crumb tray. And with (6) infrared burners and 60,000 BTU, there is ample power to cook and melt whatever you desire to.
