Southbend P36-RAD Description
The Southbend P36-RAD salamander broiler is made of stainless steel, which resists scratches and stains. Four liquid propane radiant burners with separate controls operate the left and right side. Its two removable broiler racks can be placed in five different positions to achieve diverse cooking results. An air-insulated shield prevents the broiler from overheating or creating heat on the top, and removable stainless steel grease drip shields facilitate cleaning. To prevent injuries, the handles resist heat. The cooking surface is 420-square-inches.
