Model P32-NFR - 32" Platinum Series Infrared Compact Broiler

Salamander broilers add high volume broiling in a small space. Salamanders can be mounted above an existing range, on a wall, or used as countertop units. Southbend Broilers combine speed, efficiency and output in a broiler that just won't quit. Southbend salamander broilers have a large cooking surface and dual controls to save on energy costs.
