The Southbend EZ24-3 4801 countertop steamer includes reliable electromechanical controls that allow users to choose a constant steam mode or a timed steam cycle, which can be set for up to 60 minutes and tracked with an audible end-of-cycle alarm. Ready and cooking lights inform users to the operating status of the equipment, while an add water light lets them know when the water reservoir is running low.

This countertop steamer can accommodate six 1-inch deep pans, three 2 1⁄2-inch deep pans, two 4-in. deep pans, or one 6-in. deep pan. To keep pans stable, there are stainless steel pan supports. The Southbend EZ24-3 4801 steamer is built with a 304 stainless steel exterior and a 316 stainless steel cooking chamber for superior durability and corrosion resistance. Adjustable 4-inch stainless steel legs allow the equipment to be installed level on surfaces that may not be perfectly even. Objects are kept from falling into the reservoir full of water by the removable steam diffuser plate.
