Southbend EZ24-3 Description
The Southbend EZ24-3 2081 countertop convection steamer can take care of your kitchen's needs to steam meats, vegetables, and more. This electric counter steamer is made with satin-finished 304 stainless steel with a one-piece welded 316 stainless steel cooking chamber with coved corners. It has removable stainless steel pan supports, along with a steam diffuser plate to keep objects from falling into the water pool. The spring release door has a positive lock and seal mechanism so the door will not open during the cooking cycle. Figuring out where your food is in the cooking process is easy with the cooking indicator light and ready indicator light on the outside of the steamer. It also has a 60-minute electromechanical timer with an end of cycle audible alarm to monitor your food's progress. The Southbend EZ24-3 2081 countertop convection steamer alerts you when the water needs to be refilled with an indicator light and an alarm that sounds.
