The Southbend EH/20SC MarathonerGold convection oven is great for many commercial kitchens, cooking an array of baked goods including roast chicken, breads, and pasta bakes. It has a two-speed fan system that circulates air through the cooking chambers, dispersing cold zones to heat food efficiently and evenly. This oven's porcelain chamber interiors conserve end-of-day cleaning effort and time because they can be wiped quickly.

With its twin cooking chambers, the Southbend EH/20SC half-size convection oven doubles its production rate to give busy kitchens additional cooking capability during customer onrushes. The chambers' glass-paned doors show chefs what's inside the oven, enabling them to verify progress of both baking cycles. Five racks within each chamber can be placed in 11 orientations, equipping chefs to bake products of various size requirements.
