The Southbend EH/20SC MarathonerGold convection oven is excellent for commercial kitchens, where it offers cooking power for dense pasta bakes or bread products. Its two-speed fan system cycles air through the cooking chambers to heat food, dispelling cold zones and ensuring uniform conditions throughout. Chamber interiors are made of porcelain, reducing end-of-day cleaning time and effort.
