The Southbend EH/20SC MarathonerGold convection oven's cook-and-hold function heats food after the baking cycle concludes, keeping it warm until retrieval and serving. Porcelain chambers in the Southbend EH/20SC half-size convection oven are quick to clean and must be checked in the long term to avoid potential cracking. Dual-speed fans in the oven chambers diffuse cold spots, heating the food in a uniform manner. The chamber doors have glass panes so chefs can look inside the oven to check food.
