Southbend EH/10SC Description
For low-volume baking, the Southbend EH/10SC single half-size convection oven has one cooking chamber that accommodates half-size pans, which fit inside side to side on five plated racks. Each rack can be moved up and down on the 11-positioin guide. The interior's porcelain construction is nonstick and coved corners prevent sticking. A fan moves heat in the cavity to speed up cooking.
The temperature in this Southbend EH/10SC MarathonerGold electric convection oven is adjustable from 140 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. This level can be set on the control panel, which also lets the user adjust the 60-minute timer. Made of stainless steel, the exterior is heavy duty and streamlines cleaning. The door opens to a 180-degree angle and its built-in viewing window provides visibility.
