Southbend 4601DD-3GL Description
Southbend's 4601DD-3GL NG Ultimate Restaurant Range is built with four 33,000 BTU non-clog burners, a 36-inch griddle, and two 45,000 BTU standard ovens. Cast iron burners and burner grates heat evenly, are easy to maintain, and virtually indestructible. The manually-controlled griddle is built with a 1⁄2 inch thick griddle plate.
- Cooking top is at a comfortable 37-in. working height
- (4) 33,000 BTU non-clog burners
- Rugged, even-heating cast iron grates are fully removable for cleaning
- 4-in. stainless steel front rail
- Long-lasting, easy-to-clean stainless steel front and sides
- Manually-operated gas shut-off valve cuts gas supply to the entire range for safety and easy servicing
- Open burners are ignited with standing pilot light
- Overall Dimensions: 60 3⁄4 in. W x 34-in. D x 59 1⁄2 in. H
- 36-in. griddle to the left of the burners
- Smooth, polished 1⁄2 in. thick griddle plate heats evenly for reduced hot and cold spots
- Raised sides help to contain grease for easy cleanup
- Griddle is located on the left side of the range
- Manual controls provide operators with direct control over the intensity of the griddle burner flame
- 45,000 BTU heat input each
- Thermostatic controls from 175 to 550 degrees F
- Porcelain-enameled interiors make for even temperatures throughout oven and easy cleaning
- Oven interior measures 26-in. W x 26 1⁄2-in. D x 14-in. H
- Full-size pans fit both front-to-back and side-to-side in each oven
- One rack included with each oven; adjustable on two side rail positions
