Southbend 170 Description
The Southbend 170 infrared single-deck broiler is designed to finish dishes or thoroughly and quickly cook foods. This unit has a 90-second preheat between each load, eliminating lengthy downtime while facilitating efficiency. The broiler is heated with natural gas via constantly burning pilot lighters, and the liner and burner boxes are fully insulated to retain heat.
The Southbend 170 freestanding infrared deck-type broiler is constructed of stainless steel for durability and rust and corrosion resistance. Its grid can be placed in five positions for various cooking results. The broiler features a blower that works to provide fresh, smoke-free air for clean operations, and it has an easy-to-clean, metal-mesh air filter. The full unit measures 34 inches wide by 37 inches deep by 63 1⁄2 inches high, and for mobility and smooth maneuvering, it sits on casters.
