Epicurean Modular Puzzle Board, 93 x 20", natural w/ 3/8" profile. Create a prep surface large enough for commercial chefs with this 5-piece commercial cutting board w/ large flat prep area on both sides. No more bleaching. Designed to break down and fit into dishwasher then puzzle back together. Heat and stain resistant and require no maintenance. Made with layers of FSC certified paper pressed together with a food safe resin. Eco friendly using recycled paper. Exclusively manufactured in the USA. Epicurean wood fiber products will not dull knives, are Dishwasher safe, and heat resistant up to 350 F/ 176 C, ( Not Microwave Safe). NSF certified easy to clean and will not harbor bacteria.
