Epicurean Bread Board, 18 x 10", natural with 8-routed slate grooves on one side and flat food prep on other. Grooves catch and contain all crumbs leaving counter clean. Made with layers of FSC certified paper pressed together with a food safe resin. Eco friendly using recycled paper. Exclusively manufactured in the USA. Epicurean wood fiber products will not dull knives, are Dishwasher safe, and heat resistant up to 350 F/ 176 C, ( Not Microwave Safe). NSF certified easy to clean and will not harbor bacteria.
