Utensil has the look and feel of traditional wood utensil but with all benefits of nylon utensil. Handle is constructed of a nonporous wood based material made with layers of FSC certified paper pressed together with a food safe resin. Eco friendly using recycled paper. Exclusively manufactured in the USA. Epicurean wood products are dishwasher safe, and heat resistant up to 350 F/ 176 C, ( Not Microwave Safe).
