Epicurean Big Block Series Cutting Board, 21 X 16" rectangle, full 1" thick, nutmeg cutting surface with natural edges and rubber feet on bottom. Meant to be left on counter. Epicurean cutting boards are exclusively made in the USA and will not dull knives. Cutting surfaces made of layers of FSC certified paper pressed with food safe resin. Eco friendly using recycled paper, 50% old corrugated cardboard (Post Consumer Waste). Heat resistant up to 350 F/ 176 C ( Not microwave safe). Certified by National Sanitary Foundation, easy to clean, will not harbor bacteria. Dishwasher Safe.
