Epicurean cutting boards are exclusively made in the USA and will not dull knives. Cutting surfaces made of layers of FSC certified paper pressed with food safe resin. Eco friendly using recycled paper. Heat resistant up to 350 F/ 176 C ( Not microwave safe). Certified by National Sanitary Foundation, easy to clean, will not harbor bacteria. Dishwasher Safe.
