 FT-10 Tilting Counter-Top Direct Steam Kettle

Description:

  • Constructed of welded satin finish stainless steel type 304.
  • Double wall interior forms steam jacket around lower 2/3 of kettle.
  • Tubular stainless steel mounting frame has steam supply and condensate return pipes completely concealed within frame members.
  • Kettle bottom is elliptical design for improved heat circulation.

  • Removable operating handle with heat proof knob is mounted on right or left side of kettle
  • Kettle is able to tilt forward 90&deg for complete emptying.
  • A.S.M.E code and be N.S.F.


    • Kettle Capacity:
    10 gal. (23-liter)

    Operation: Direct steam at minimum of 5 PSI and a maximum of 50 PSI.
