This gas fired large capacity kettle is powered up by an electric ignition. For the utmost performance in heat circulation, the bottom of the kettle has a unique hemispherical design. To keep an eye on your water level front recessed control panel includes a water sight glass as well as a pressure gauge as an added safety feature. For further protection, the Market Forge large capacity kettle features a low water cut off and a gas shut off valve. The stainless steel make up of this large capacity kettle extends to include the 2" legs beneath the control console which lend remarkable support to the structure.
