 F30L Stationary Tri-Leg Direct Steam Kettle

Description:

  • Constructed of welded satin finish stainless steel type 304.

  • Elliptical design kettle bottom for superior heat circulation.
  • Double wall interior forms steam jacket around lower 2/3 of the vessel.

  • Jacket encloses heating elements, water, and antifreeze design for superior heat distribution
  • Tri-leg mounting frame of stainless steel pipe conceals the steam piping. Each leg is fit with a four-hole adjustable flange foot for securing to the floor.
  • Sealed stainless steel tilting mechanism permits the kettle a full 90&deg for complete emptying


    • Capacity: 30 gallon (114 liter)

    Operation: Direct steam at 15-0 PSI. 1/3 BHP required per kettle. Over 50 PSI requires a pressure reducing valve.

    Steam Flow Requirements: 34 lbs. steam per hour or 1 BHP per 20 gallons of kettle capacity.  

    Kettle, direct steam, 30-gallon capacity, 2/3 steam jacket design, tri-leg, all stainless steel exterior finish.
