 F150L Stationary (Four Legs) Direct Steam Kettle

Description:

  • Constructed of welded satin finish stainless steel type 304.

  • Hemispherical design kettle bottom for superior heat circulation.
  • Double wall interior forms steam jacket around lower 2/3 of the vessel.

  • Jacket encloses heating elements, water, and antifreeze design for superior heat distribution
  • Kettle is mounted on 4 stainless steel tubular legs. Each leg is fitted with a four-hole adjustable foot for securing to the floor.

    Standard Features:
  • 2" Draw-Off Valve with Strainer

  • Counter Balanced Split Hinged Cover
  • Steam Control Kit


    • Operation: Direct steam at a minimum of 5 PSI and a maximum of 25 PSI is required. When the incoming pressure exceeds MAWP rating of the kettle pressure reducing valve is required.

    Steam Flow Requirements: 34 lbs. steam per hour or 1 BHP per 20 gallons of kettle capacity.  

    Kettle, direct steam, stationary, 150-gallon capacity, 2/3 steam jacket design, mounted on open quad-leg base, all stainless steel exterior finish.
