 F-100L Stationary Tri-Leg Direct Steam Kettle

Description:

  • Constructed of welded satin finish stainless steel type 304.

  • Elliptical kettle bottom for superior heat circulation.
  • Recessed control panel located on the front right side is easily
  • Double wall interior forms steam jacket around lower 2/3 of the vessel.

  • Tri-leg mounting frame of stainless steel pipe conceals the steam piping.
  • Each leg is fitted with a four-hole adjustable flanged foot for securing to the floor.

  • Sealed stainless steel tilting mechanism permits kettle to tilt forward a full 90&deg for complete emptying.


    • Capacity:100 gallon (380 liters)

    Operation: Direct steam at 150-50 PSI. 1/3 BHP required per kettle. Over 50 PSI, a pressure reducing valve is required.

    Steam Flow Requirements:
  • 34 lbs. steam per hour or 1 BHP per 20 gallons of kettle capacity.

    • Kettle, direct steam, 100-gallon capacity, 2/3 steam jacket design, tri-leg design, all stainless steel exterior finish.
