The Market Forge Plus utilizes a water management system that decreases the amount of water used to condense generated steam, lowering energy costs and reducing energy consumption. The steaming compartment comes with stainless steel pan support racks and a stainless steel liner for exceptionally easy clean up. The front edge of the steam compartment contains a condensate drip trough that drains automatically to the water management tempering tank keeping your steamer mess free and operating smoothly. The convection steamer uses a powerful close coupled 42,000 BTU steam generator that supplies steam to the cooking compartment and since this is a floor model then you know you are going to get the most out of your steamer without having to use precious counter space.
