Southbend ETP-10G-SB Description
In the Southbend ETP-10G-SB Eco-Tech™ Plus convection steamer, 10 full-size, 2 1⁄2-inch-deep steam pans sit on stainless steel pan supports. Also made of stainless steel, the interior liners are durable and facilitate cleaning, while the sides and rear panels in the steaming compartments can be removed to ensure a thorough cleaning. In the bottom cavity, the front edge has a drip trough that catches condensate, automatically draining it to the tempering tank.
The Southbend ETP-10G-SB gas floor steamer has separate controls for the compartments, with a unique mode that enables them to act as holding cabinets. Operators can set the timers to track the cook time while performing other tasks around the kitchen. Each compartment has a built-in steam generator, which are mounted at the rear of the steam compartments and have ports where operators can add descaler and delimer.
