Model ETP10G - Eco-Tech Convection Steamer with 2 Compartments

Gas Model

The Eco-Tech Plus Atmospheric Steamer from Market Forge Industries is a stainless steel atmospheric steamer with two cooking compartments. Each compartment has an independent close-coupled atmospheric 42,000 BTU gas steam generator. This unit incorporates a water management system that reduces the amount of water used to condense generated steam, resulting in water conservation and energy savings. This unit is also Energy Star rated.

Another unique feature of this unique unit is the Atmospheric Twin Generator Steamer that actually includes a self-contained water filtration system.

Standard Features of the Convection Steamer from Market Forge:

Stainless steel construction with unitized body construction
Removable left, right and rear body panels in cooking compartments
Each compartment has a positive, fully unsulated sla-action door made of 300 stainless steel
One-piece NSF approved silicone rubber door gaskets mounted on the inside of the doors
Door interlock switches are equiped for each compartment to cut off power when the doors are opened
Individual control for each compartment provided by an on / off power switch and 60-minute electromechanical timer
Mode selection allows for each compartment to be used as a holding cabinet
Steam generators are held in the 'ready' mode for fast response during times of heavy use
