Description:
  • Steam cooker with solid stainless steel cooking compartments

  • Top compartment has both pressure and pressure-less controls
  • Top compartment can be 5 PSI pressure steam cooking or free-vented, pressure-less steam cooking

  • Cooking compartments have double-door construction.
  • Inner door is made of cast aluminum
  • Upper compartment latch is equipped with control switch that shuts off steam when door is opened during pressure-less cooking.

  • Compartment doors are self latching and open automatically approximately 15&deg when primary latch is released.

  • Upper cooking compartment is quipped with lift-out pan supports.

  • Cooking compartments are automatically and independently controlled


    • Upper Compartment - Pressure-less Mode:
  • 60 minute timer is set and control handle engaged.
  • Indicator light will turn off and continuous signal will sound at the end of cooking cycle.


    • Upper Compartment - Pressure Mode:
  • 15 minute timer is set.
  • Steam flow is automatically interrupted when compartment door is opened during cooking cycle.
  • At end of cooking cycle, steam control handle is released turning off indicator light, exhausting steam and condensate from cooking compartment and sounding a continuous audible signal.


    • Center And/Or Bottom Compartment:
    Operates only as a pressure cooker in the same manner described for the upper compartment in pressure mode.

    Operation Will Be By:
    Gas fired ASME constructed and approved, National Board Registered A.G.A. design-certified 15 PSI nickel plated boiler rated at 300,000 BTU and equipped for operation at 0 PSI for pressure-less cooking and 5 PSI through a pressure reducing valve for pressure cooking.
    Equipped for operation by natural (300,000 BTU) or propane gas (275,000 BTU).
