This natural gas powered 2 compartment pressure steamer from Market Forge is designed for high volume steam cooking. The 2 compartments of this natural gas pressure cooker are constructed of stainless steel. The inner door is constructed of cast aluminum is removable for easy cleaning. The compartment doors are self latching for safety and temperature preservation. The automatic controls of this 2 compartment pressure cooker show a visible signal during the cooking cycle and provide an audible signal at the end of the cooking cycle. The manual mechanical timer is featured on each compartment. The polished stainless steel cabinet base matches other Market Forge equipment and the 6" stainless steel legs allow for added ventilation and easy cleaning beneath the pressure cooker. The boiler is automatically filled with water and brought to pressure when the heat and water switches are turned off. The cold water condenser automatically condenses all the exhausted steam before releasing it to the drain. This 2 compartment pressure cooker features a safety valve, low water cut off, water strainer and catholic protector.
