Each Cooking Compartments Has:
Lift out four track shelf upright and one pull shelf holds (2) 12" x 20" 2-1/2" or (2) 12" x 20" x 4" pans.
Lift out universal pan supports hold (8) 12" x 20" 2-1/2" pans or (4) 12" x 20" x 4" pans.

Operation: Natural or Propane Gas
Manifold and pilot gas pressure will be at 3-1/2" for natural gas and 10" for propane gas. Incoming pressure must not exceed 14"
W.C. boiler.
Boiler automatically fills with water and is brought to pressure when heat and water switches are turned on.
Automatically drains under pressure when switches are turned off.
Cold water condenser automatically condenses all exhausted steam before releasing it into the drain.
