 2AM Compartment Steam Cooker Direct Connected

Description: Market Forge direct connected steamer cooker with stainless steel cooking compartments. Inner door of aluminum with stainless steel facing, removable for cleaning without tools. Door wheel screw Acme type with replaceable bushing, all threads are concealed. Compartment doors are self latching.

Each Cooking Compartments Has:
  • Lift out four track shelf upright and one pull shelf holds (2) 12" x 20" 2-1/2" or (2) 12" x 20" x 4" pans.

  • Lift out universal pan supports hold (6) 12" x 20" 2-1/2" pans or 4" pans.


    • Features:
  • Equipped with 6" 152mm stainless steel legs with adjustable bullet feet

  • Reinforced die-formed stainless steel marine edged counter top

  • Hinged doors with magnetic catches


    • Operation By:
    Direct steam unit equipped for operation at 5 PSI. One BHP required per compartment.
