Stainless steel cooking compartments
Double door construction
- Inner door cast aluminum with stainless steel facing, removable without tools for easy cleaning
- Door wheel screw Acme type with replaceable bushing and all threads concealed
- Self-latching
- Automatically open 15 degree when latch is opened
Standard baked enamel exterior finish (stainless steel available for an additional cost)
Timing
- Automatic controls show a visible signal during cooking cycle

Each cooking compartment shall have
- Lift out four track shelf uprights and one pull out shelf which shall hold 2 12-in x 20-in x 2-1/2-in pans or (2) 12-in x 20-in x 4-in pans
- Lift out universal pan supports which shall hold (8) 12-in x 20-in x 2-1/2-in pans or 4 12-in x 20-in x 4-in pans
