 Stacked* Electric Convection Oven Purr-Fect Height Series

Description:

  • Each oven exterior is furnished in stainless steel panels, top, rear and sides.
  • Oven construction is heavy duty 12 gauge, type 300 series stainless steel independent frame.
  • Oven liners are wrapped with a minimum .75&quot High-Grade insulation
  • French type doors open a full 95&deg and lock in the open position.
  • Five stainless steel shelves furnished as standard.
  • Each ovens' interior comes with 3/4" drain and interior light.
  • Convector fan turns on automatically when power is on and door is closed and turns off automatically when door is opened.
  • For rapid cooling purposes, it is possible to operate blower with door opened.

    Controls:
  • Main power switch
  • Thermostat with temperature range of 200&deg F to 475&deg F (93&deg-246&deg C)
  • Indicator light
  • Electro-mechanical 5-Hour Timer
  • Two-speed fan selector switch with HIGH or LOW modes
  • High limit cut-off.
  • All controls are located on a recessed panel on the right front of oven.
