Town SM-30-L-STD-N Description
The Town SM-30-L-STD-N commercial smokehouse oven features two cooking levels and operates with thermostatic controls for precise temperature management within a range of 125 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit. Constructed with a galvanized steel exterior and aluminized steel interior, the oven is insulated with 1 inch of fiberglass to maintain consistent heat. It includes a left-hinged solid flush-mounted door with a steel-reinforced frame and two swivel latches, along with six stainless steel skewers for enhanced cooking versatility.
Designed for durability and performance, the Town SM-30-L-STD-N smoker oven includes a removable perforated top panel to improve airflow and aluminized steel drip shields for efficient cleaning. Its 4-inch top-mounted flue directs smoke and heat safely away from the cooking area, while the 7 3⁄4-inch adjustable stainless steel legs provide stability. Additional features include a drip pan set with a 3⁄16-inch reinforced steel baffle and a pressure regulator to ensure safe operation.
