Town SM-24-L-SS-P Description
The Town SM-24-L-SS-P commercial smoker oven uses gas to heat its chamber, which can be used to smoke ribs, ham, or other meats. Its thermostat has a range of 125 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit, enabling chefs to set the oven to suit the needs of their product. Three tubular burners heat the cabinet and provide optimized cooking power.
With its steel construction, the Town SM-24-L-SS-P meat smoker oven is strong and built to last in a busy commercial kitchen. Its cabinet is insulated with an inch of fiberglass, keeping its contents warm and reducing thermal loss. In order to reduce corrosion and increase its length of life, the oven's control valve is made of solid brass.
