To provide mobility while serving prepared dim sum in restaurant dining rooms, this Town 36615 dim sum cart accommodates (75) 4 1⁄2-inch or (33) 3 1⁄2-inch steamers on its multiple levels. So food is served at optimal temperatures, this unit includes a hot water bath steam tank heated by canned heat (sold separately). Steamers can be placed on the perforated, 1⁄8-inch-thick aluminum plate, which is positioned 2 1⁄2 inches above the steam tank for effective heating.
This Town 36615 dim sum cart measures 17 inches wide by 30 inches deep by 36 3⁄4 inches high and is positioned on casters with rubber tires on steel wheels for smooth mobility. To preserve its original look through frequent use, its stainless steel construction resists rust, corrosion, and wear. Its removable access panels simplify maintenance and cleaning, while its ventilating perforations add a decorative flair. To streamline cleaning, it's built with a 3⁄4-inch NPT ball-type drain valve. Employees can steer this cart with the integrated handle, which features chrome brackets and a tubular stainless steel push rail.
