Review this product!
Excellent inexpensive carbon steel pans!
I bought the 11" and the 9" pans back in January as entry level carbon steel pans to see if I would like them. These are actually well made, lightweight, rivet-less, easy to season and easy to clean. They ship directly from the manufacturer, so I got them from Brooklyn quickly. I bought one more set this month, because they are that good. My first set are well seasoned now and I use them almost everyday since buying them (3 months ago). The pictures on this site do not do them justice. They are actually a bluish black color. My recommendation would be to wash them well when you get them to remove the shipping oil and season right away and just use them often. The seasoning will build up over time and they become non-stick. These really are great pans, and a wonderful alternative to the more expensive brands. I am looking forward to using them over an open fire for some outdoor cooking. These pans are just plain awesome.
Not sure what you want here
Same quality as cast iron heat up quicker and they weigh less. If you are an impatient cook you will not like these pans. Great price! I seasoned and use them mine on an induction cooktop.
Perfect gift
I bought this for my elderly father who says his cast iron skillets are getting hard to lift. He loves this skillet.
Good product for the price
Carbon steel pan is thin and cooks fast, when used properly it performs very good. Edges were a bit sharp but easily fixed with sand paper. For many tasks I prefer this over the heavier carbon steel pans which are good but much more difficult to control heat fast. Take this off the burner and cools quickly.
Not a frying pan
Here it's called a frying pan ... but it's really a Wok !!!
