This Wolf Range 48" countertop griddle is the perfect addition to diners, restaurants and delis! The fully welded stainless steel and aluminized steel chassis frame provides stability and long lasting durability to this stainless steel countertop range. The stainless steel front, sides, and front top ledge with cool bullnose design of this 48" countertop griddle are easy to clean and provide excellent corrosion resistance. One 27000 BTU U shaped aluminized steel burner for every 12" of griddle width provides the cooking power needed for medium to large applications. The 11" low profile cooking height on 4" adjustable legs provides the user with a comfortable work space and the 1" thick polished steel griddle plate evenly cooks your food to perfection. The spatula wide grease cutter pulls grease and food debris away from the cooking surface and is fully welded for easier cleaning. The large 6 qt grease drawer allows excess grease to be contained completely mess free. One high range infinite heat control valve is placed at every burner for precision cooking. Bottom heat shields protect countertops. A 3/4" rear gas connection and pressure regular is provided for easy set up.
