The 11 in. low profile cooking height on 4 in. adjustable legs provides the user with a comfortable work space and the 1 in. thick polished steel griddle plate evenly cooks your food to perfection. The spatula wide grease cutter pulls grease and food debris away from the cooking surface and is fully welded for easier cleaning. One 27,000 BTU U shaped aluminized steel burner for every 12 in. of griddle width provides you with the cooking power needed for medium to large applications. The large 6 qt. grease drawer allows you to catch excess grease completely mess free. One high range infinite heat control valve is placed at every burner for precision cooking. Bottom heat shields protect your countertops. A 3/4 in. rear gas connection and pressure regulator is provided for easy set up.
