Wolf AGM36 Description
The Wolf AGM36 gas griddle is 36 inches wide, providing ample space to quickly grill up burgers, eggs, pancakes, and more. Standing up to intense use, the unit has a 1-inch-thick stainless steel griddle, while the grease gutter and chute are the same 3 1⁄2-inch width as a spatula to ease cleaning. Because the three 27,000-BTU burners are each equipped with an infinite heat control valve, they can each heat different griddle areas to different temperatures. Its low-profile cooking surface is mounted on 4-inch adjustable legs, so it can be placed on uneven surfaces in a crowded kitchen.
