Wolf AGM24 Description
The Wolf AGM24 gas griddle's heavy-duty steel griddle plate is heated by LP gas and can withstand the stress of repeated heating and cooling, while its two burners each have a 27,000-BTU capacity and are controlled by infinite heat knobs. Holding as many as 6 quarts, the stainless steel grease drawer catches hot liquids and debris. Easing cleaning, the spatula-sized grease gutter and chute are user friendly to scrape out, and the stainless and aluminized steel chassis is fully welded to ensure the griddle is durable despite daily abuse.
