The GET BAM-1201 BambooMel® oval platter resists breaking thanks to its melamine and bamboo fiber construction. The platter can safely be cleaned in the dishwasher, but should not be heated in the microwave because it may chip or peel. The wide rim on the GET BAM-1201 BambooMel oval platter provides the illusion that there is a larger portion being served. The 12-inch by 9-inch platter is perfect for serving surf and turf, appetizer platters, and other menu favorites.
