The Sharp commercial electric rice cooker features an extra-large capacity, easy to set controls, and included a silicone sheet to prevent any sticking or overbrowning. This commercial electric rice cooker is perfect for restaurants that want to expand their menu to include rice. The extra large capacity holds up to 120, three ounce servings of cooked rice. The rice cooks quickly from 30 to 60 minutes depending on the kind of and quantity of the rice. The thermostatic controls maintain even temperature for perfectly cooked rice and also keeps the rice warm with no further cooking. The one touch operation lets you simply depress the cook button to begin a full cook or keep warm cycle. The automatic keep warm features begins as soon as the cooking cycle ends. The easy to clean, smooth inner bowl washes clean easily and the outside wipes clean with a damp cloth. The silicone sheets protect the inner bowl bottom from sticking and over browning.
