Definitely like these cast iron platters!
I use these in the oven in place of coated nonstick trays. Once seasoned try are just as nonstick as the lined or coated trays. Plus they don't flex out of shape when heated as some pans do.
Beautiful cast iron from Lodge !
The Jumbo Chefs Platter has a unique shape, and will take your food from oven to table in style ! At 12" x15" it's sized for baking many foods. I use mine for hot wings or pizzas, also cookies or garlic bread. Since it's cast iron it would also make a great griddle too, for things like pancakes or french toast. You will love it !
This will be a family heirloom.
These are the best cookie sheets I've ever used. They clean up with a spatula and a towel. Very even heating in the oven, and no cooking time adjustments are needed. These should last several lifetimes, so they would be great for handing down to the next generation(s).
