The Lodge LGP3 rectangular cast iron grill press can be used to hold heat around grilled sandwiches, eliminate curling for bacon and ham, and remove unwanted fat from burger patties. To protect against burns, it has a cool-grip handle, and it is made of heavy cast iron for heat retention.
