This 7.5 quart Lodge enamel Dutch oven is perfect for cooking and simmering as well as baking! The enamel covered cast iron has a superior, even heat distribution while the tight fitting lid seals in moisture to help retain your food's freshness. These qualities reduce the amount of energy needed to cook your food! This blue enamel, Lodge Dutch oven is easy to clean as it is dishwasher safe, however handwashing with soap and warm water is recommended.
